How to get reimbursed
Enrol in a QualiCert class
All Aqua Swim Academy group classes (baby through adult) are QualiCert certified and eligible for reimbursement. Classes must run for 6+ weeks.
We send your receipt automatically
After 3 months of classes, you'll automatically receive a stamped receipt with your total spend, QualiCert code, and all the details your insurer needs.
Submit to your insurer
Send the receipt to your supplementary health insurance provider. Most accept it digitally via their app or by email.
Get reimbursed up to CHF 1,300
Depending on your supplementary plan, you could receive partial or full reimbursement. Some families swim completely free!

Which classes are eligible?
All Aqua Swim Academy group classes (baby, child, and adult) are QualiCert certified and eligible. Classes must run for at least 6 consecutive weeks.
Do I need to request a receipt?
No! We automatically email you a stamped receipt with your QualiCert code after 3 months. Just forward it to your insurer.
How much will I get back?
This depends on your supplementary insurance plan. Typical reimbursements range from CHF 200 to CHF 1,300 per year. Contact your insurer to check your specific coverage.
What information is on the receipt?
Your receipt includes: swimmer name, class dates, total amount paid, QualiCert certification number, Aqua Swim Academy stamp and signature, and our UID (CHE-321.379.729).
Can I claim for multiple children?
Yes! Each child enrolled gets their own receipt. Many families claim separately for each swimmer, maximising their total reimbursement.
