Log into your parent portal
Go to portal.iclasspro.com/aquaswimacademy and sign in with the email you booked with. If it's your first time, use the reset-password link.
Download your Full Ledger PDF
In the portal, open your family account, click "Full Ledger", then "Download PDF". This one file lists every payment you've made across all your swimmers for the year.
Upload the PDF to our QualiCert page
Head to aquaswim.ch/qualicert, enter your name and email, and drop in the PDF you just downloaded. It takes a few seconds — no login required.
We generate your stamped receipt
You'll get back a QualiCert-signed PDF with your total, our QualiCert code, our UID, and Aqua Swim's stamp — everything a Swiss insurer needs.
Submit to your insurance
Forward the QualiCert PDF to your supplementary insurer via their app or by email. Reimbursement depends on your plan — up to CHF 1,300/year is common.

Common Questions
Which classes are eligible?
All Aqua Swim Academy group classes (baby, child, and adult) are QualiCert certified and eligible. Classes must run for at least 6 consecutive weeks.
How do I get my receipt?
Log into your iClassPro parent portal, download your Full Ledger PDF, then upload it at aquaswim.ch/qualicert. You'll get a stamped, QualiCert-signed PDF back in seconds — no waiting.
How much will I get back?
It depends on your supplementary insurance plan. Typical reimbursements range from CHF 500 to CHF 1,300 per year — the exact amount depends on your coverage. Contact your insurer to check.
What if the upload says "total not found"?
It usually means the PDF is a scanned image without a text layer, or you uploaded a different document from ICP. Re-download the Full Ledger PDF from your parent portal — it's the one that lists every payment as a line item — and try again. If it still fails, email luna@aquaswim.ch and we'll generate the receipt manually.
Can I claim for multiple children?
Yes — a single Full Ledger PDF from your family portal covers every child on your account, and the QualiCert receipt we generate lists the family total. Some insurers may want a separate receipt per child; email luna@aquaswim.ch if that's the case and we'll split it for you.
