Classes & Enrollment

How do I enrol my child?

Browse available classes on our booking page, select your preferred location, level, and time, then complete the checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps.

How do I know which level is right for my child?

Use our Level Finder quiz on the homepage — it takes 30 seconds and recommends the right level based on your child’s age and swimming ability. You can also book a trial lesson (CHF 39) and our coaches will assess the best level.

What is the class size?

All our group classes have a maximum of 6 swimmers per instructor, ensuring each child gets individual attention.

Can I try before committing?

Yes! Book a trial lesson for CHF 39. If you enrol afterwards, the trial fee is credited towards your first month.

What are the swim levels?

We have 3 groups with 3 levels each: Swim Starters (Levels 1-3) for beginners, Swim Strokes (Levels 4-6) for technique development, and Swim Masters (Levels 7-9) for advanced swimmers. We also offer Adult classes at Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.

Payments & Billing

How much do classes cost?

Monthly membership is CHF 139/month (recurring). There’s also a one-time annual registration fee of CHF 50. Bank transfer payments are CHF 164/month (includes CHF 25 admin fee).

Is there a sibling discount?

Yes! When you enrol a second child using the same email, you automatically receive 10% off the additional membership.

How do I cancel my membership?

Send an email to luna@aquaswim.ch with at least 30 calendar days’ notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period following the notice period.

Are there refunds?

All fees are non-refundable. This includes registration fees, monthly fees, trial fees, and shop purchases. Please see our Terms & Conditions for details.

Can I transfer my membership?

Yes, membership transfers are possible for a CHF 50 admin fee. Email luna@aquaswim.ch to request a transfer.

Attendance & Make-ups

What if my child can’t attend a class?

Mark your absence in the iClassPro portal at least 48 hours before the class to receive a make-up token. No need to email us — just enter it directly in the portal.

How do make-up classes work?

Make-up classes are offered as a courtesy and are subject to availability only. Visit aquaswim.ch/how-to-page for instructions on registering for a make-up.

What if a class is cancelled by the pool?

Pool closures due to maintenance, public health, or other force majeure events are not refundable or creditable. We recommend arranging personal cancellation insurance.

What to Bring

What should my child bring to class?

Swimsuit, towel, goggles, and a water bottle. Arrive 5 minutes early for check-in. All items are available in our shop if needed.

Does my baby need a swim diaper?

Yes! Level 1 and Level 2 swimmers (babies/toddlers) are required to wear a reusable swim diaper over their disposable diaper (double diaper policy). This is mandatory for hygiene reasons. Reusable diapers are available in our shop for CHF 18 — they come with a free wet bag!

Do I need insurance?

Yes, all swimmers must hold valid personal liability insurance (RC/Responsabilité Civile). Proof may be requested at any time.

Locations & Camps

Where are your pools?

We teach in 6 locations: Coppet, Lausanne EHL, Lausanne Malley, Montreux, Aubonne, and Fribourg. Each location has different class schedules.

Do you offer holiday camps?

Yes! We run swim camps during school holidays at select locations. Check our Camps page for dates and availability.

Can I change my class time or location?

Yes, use our Class Swap Request form to request a change. We’ll check availability and get back to you within 48 hours.

Referrals

Do you have a referral program?

Yes! Refer a friend and you both get CHF 20 off your next month. Visit our Referral page to get your unique code.
