We're a Swiss boutique swim school covering Coppet, Lausanne, Montreux, Aubonne and Fribourg. We coach babies through to competitive swimmers, with small groups of four — so coaches see real progress every week.
We hold open house days through the year so prospective coaches can meet the team and see how we work — drop us a note if you'd like to come along to the next one.

Senior Swim Coach
Lead the next generation of coaches. Senior teaching role with team supervision, scheduling, and direct client relationships.
- 8+ years teaching experience with children and adults
- Brevet Plus Piscine + BLS-AED
- Confident with Excel and Microsoft Office for scheduling and admin
- Mentor junior coaches and support training
Assistant Swim Coach
A perfect role for students or beginner coaches. Work alongside an experienced instructor and develop your coaching skills.
- Brevet Plus Piscine + BLS-AED (or in progress — we can help you register with SSS)
- Comfortable working with kids aged 3–14
- Reliable, energetic, and patient
- Available weekends and after-school slots
Administrative Assistant
Support the team with general admin and client communication. Multiple positions opening as we expand across cantons.
- Excellent French and English (German a plus)
- Comfortable with email, scheduling tools, and basic spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail
- Remote or hybrid — flexible hours
Required for instructors
Swiss instructor qualifications
- Brevet Plus Piscine — required for all instructors in Switzerland
- BLS-AED module — basic life support certification
- We can help you register with the Swiss Lifesaving Society (SSS) if you're not certified yet
